The Accident Pros, LLP is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Santa Ana, CA

The Accident Pros, LLP is a growing personal injury law firm with offices in Northern and Southern California.

We are looking for an associate who is excited about learning and growing. We also want someone with an entrepreneurial spirit--interested in helping the firm grow and getting a cut of the action.

*Qualifications:*

  • Must have California Bar Admissions/ license to practice law; good standing with CA State Bar
  • Requires knowledge of state and federal procedures and court rules
  • The candidate should have Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Must have strong communication (written/ verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong work ethic is needed

Duties:

  • The candidate will assist in court Appearances: Trial/ pre-trial hearings/ law and motion
  • Will assist on law and Motion drafting; legal and factual research; organizing and analyzing case information
  • Negotiate with Insurance Adjusters and Opposing Counsel
  • Prepare and draft legal documents (briefs, pleadings, legal forms, correspondence, declarations, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and legal memoranda)
  • Trial preparation (witness lists, exhibits, pre-trial motions, trial binders, witness interviews)
  • Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Prepare legal reports and memoranda
